Meet Laxmi Hanji, Your Dental Compliance Consultant
Laxmi Hanji has spent around 20 years working in the dental industry. In that time she has seen how much pressure compliance puts on practice owners, managers and their teams. She founded Trust Dental Compliance to give dental practices personal, hands-on support rather than a one-size-fits-all portal or subscription system, so they can meet the standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) with confidence.
Today, Laxmi works directly with 13 dental practices, helping them with CQC compliance, HTM 01-05 decontamination, policies and procedures, GDPR and inspection preparation. Based in Birmingham and supporting practices across the UK, including London, she understands how a busy practice runs day to day, so her advice is practical, realistic and tailored to each team.
